ESTABLISHED PATIENTS: If you’ve ever seen me in your life, this is you! You’re in already, just grab a 75-minute slot if you haven’t seen me in more than 6 weeks. If you’re not finding a time that works for you, please use the feature to add yourself to the waitlist, it works! To find it, scroll down under the treatments and click on “add yourself” to the waitlist.

PROSPECTIVE PATIENTS: If you are wanting to become a patient, book a “Prospective Patient Meet and Greet and we will have a video chat to see if this is a good fit. Please don’t use the established patient waitlist. I have a couple of openings for new patients in the summer of 2024 (June/July).

Acupuncture & Natural Medicine

Acupuncture is the insertion of very thin, sterile needles at specific areas on your body to relieve symptoms (such as pain) and find ecological alignment. Please book an evaluation visit prior to your treatment if you haven't seen me for 6 months, you're at a re-evaluation point in your treatment plan or you have a new concern.

I am an acupuncture physician and an educator as well as the mama of two amazing kids. I use orthopedic and Kiiko Matsumoto style acupuncture with Classical Chinese medicine modalities, essential oils, mindfulness and Taiji exercises. I practice evidence-informed medicine, which takes research into account as well as my own clinical experience and the cultural needs and desires of clients and their families.
