  • Paying out of pocket? Choose either 45 or 75 minutes, depending on your preference.

SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS

  • Some urgent care spots are already on the May schedule, but these will begin more fully in mid-June.
  • Text or call my personal cell the night before or the day of. Check the online calendar first, if it’s still listed, it’s available!
  • These appointments can only be booked within 24 hours of the appointment time.

Acupuncture & Natural Medicine

Acupuncture is the insertion of very thin, sterile needles at specific areas on your body to relieve symptoms (such as pain) and find ecological alignment. Please book an evaluation visit prior to your treatment if you haven't seen me for 6 months, you're at a re-evaluation point in your treatment plan or you have a new concern.

I am an acupuncture physician and an educator as well as the mama of two amazing kids. I use orthopedic and Kiiko Matsumoto style acupuncture with Classical Chinese medicine modalities, essential oils, mindfulness and Taiji exercises. I practice evidence-informed medicine, which takes research into account as well as my own clinical experience and the cultural needs and desires of clients and their families.
