CURRENT PATIENTS:

If you’re using insurance, please book a 45-minute slot. If you are paying out of pocket, choose either 45-minutes or 75-minutes as you desire.

URGENT CARE: - A few of these are on the May schedule but look for these to really begin in mid-June.

I’ve added some same day appointments for folks with urgent pain care needs to try and make this work since things are so busy. You can text or call me on my personal cell the night before or the day of to grab one of those appointments. Please check the day before or the day of if you need the appointment and if it’s still on the calendar, text me for it. I will only book these appointments within 24 hours before the appointment time.

Acupuncture & Natural Medicine

Acupuncture is the insertion of very thin, sterile needles at specific areas on your body to relieve symptoms (such as pain) and find ecological alignment. Please book an evaluation visit prior to your treatment if you haven't seen me for 6 months, you're at a re-evaluation point in your treatment plan or you have a new concern.

I am an acupuncture physician and an educator as well as the mama of two amazing kids. I use orthopedic and Kiiko Matsumoto style acupuncture with Classical Chinese medicine modalities, essential oils, mindfulness and Taiji exercises. I practice evidence-informed medicine, which takes research into account as well as my own clinical experience and the cultural needs and desires of clients and their families.
